Pre-Order FAQs

Want to be sure to secure your special item or must have outfit? That's what these Pre-Orders do for you!

• Preorders are open for a limited time (end on Mondays, end of day, PST). 
• Once a style's order window closes, the styles will be put into production and extras will not be available for purchase until they arrive to our warehouse and are ready to ship. 
• Occasionally, a style will fail to sell the minimum. If this happens, you will be offered the choice of an alternative style or a full refund.
• Preorder turn-times (delivery to our warehouse) vary based upon complexity of item and time of year. Products are anticipated to not take more than 90 days, and anticipated delivery times are listed for each product at time of purchase. 
• There will be NO extras ordered for sizes XS or 4XL, these sizes will be available during our preorder window only
• The closing date/time for each pre-order will be listed in the product description 
• If a PREBOOK is paid upfront, and you request to cancel, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
• If your address changes between when the PREORDER is placed and when the PREORDER items arrive to us, please email us so we can update the mailing address.
