We want you to love what you wear, and we're here to make returns as easy as possible. Please read the following policy to ensure your return qualifies.
What Can Be Returned
We accept returns of unworn clothing with original tags and clear garment packaging intact.
Return Window
- Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date (as shown in tracking).
- Once approved, items must be shipped back within 7 days of your return request.
For split-package orders, the 7-day return window begins once all packages in the order have been delivered.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and non-refundable:
- Swimwear
- Bodysuits
- Intimates
- Jewelry
- Face masks
- Beauty products
Return Conditions
- Items returned without meeting the criteria above may be subject to a 20% restocking fee, or the return may be declined entirely.
- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to a shipping error or a damaged item.
Refund Processing Time
Please allow 5–7 business days from the date we receive your return for it to be processed.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your return has been reviewed and your refund has been issued.
