What is a preorder?
A preorder allows you to purchase an item before it’s physically in stock. This secures your size and guarantees you won’t miss out once the item arrives.
How do I know if something is a preorder?
Each preorder item will clearly say "Preorder" in the product title and description. Estimated shipping timeframes are listed on the product page.
When will my preorder ship?
Estimated ship dates are provided in each product description. While we do our best to stay on schedule, unexpected delays from vendors or carriers can occasionally occur. We’ll keep you updated if anything changes.
Will my order ship separately if I buy other items too?
Yes. If you purchase both in-stock and preorder items in the same transaction, your in-stock items will typically ship first, and your preorder item(s) will follow as soon as they arrive. In some cases, we may hold the order to ship together—this will be noted at checkout.
Can I cancel a preorder?
Preorders are final sale and cannot be canceled once placed, as we order inventory based on preorder commitments. If you have concerns, please reach out before placing your order.
What happens if the preorder item is delayed?
While rare, delays can happen due to vendor or shipping issues outside our control. If a significant delay occurs, we will notify you by email with an updated timeline.
